4. Refund Policy
- Winning Bids: Payments made by winning bidders are non-refundable. Once a bid is accepted and the auction is closed, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
- Non-Winning Bids: No charges are incurred for non-winning bids. Hence, no refunds are applicable.
- Canceled Auctions: In the event of an auction cancellation by Bhartiya Auction, all participants will be notified, and any payments made by winning bidders for that specific auction will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
5. Payment Discrepancies
- Any discrepancies or issues related to payments must be reported to Bhartiya Auction's customer support within 48 hours of the transaction. Please provide all necessary details, including transaction ID and auction details, for prompt resolution.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
